| Isaiah 43:10 Ye are my witnesses, saith the
LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe
me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed,
neither shall there be after me. 11I, even I, am the LORD; and beside
me there is no saviour. 12I have declared, and have saved, and I have
showed, when there was no strange god among you: therefore ye are my
witnesses, saith the LORD, that I am God. |
John 1:1-5,14 In the beginning was the Word, and
the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the
beginning with God. 3All things were made by him; and without him was
not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was
the light of men. 5And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness
comprehended it not.
14And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his
glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace
and truth. |
| John 10:30-33 30I and my Father are one.
31Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him. 32Jesus answered
them, Many good works have I showed you from my Father; for which of
those works do ye stone me? 33The Jews answered him, saying, For a good
work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being
a man, makest thyself God. |
Hebrews 1:3-8 3Who being the brightness of
his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all
things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our
sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;
4Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance
obtained a more excellent name than they. 5For unto which of the angels
said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee?
And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son? 6And
again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith,
And let all the angels of God worship him. 7And of the angels he saith,
Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire. 8But
unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a
sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom. |
| Philippians 2:9-11 9Wherefore God also hath
highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
10That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven,
and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11And that every
tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God
the Father. |
| Isaiah 9:6-7 6For unto us a child is
born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his
shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The
mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. 7Of the
increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the
throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it
with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal
of the LORD of hosts will perform this. |
| John 8:56-59 56Your father Abraham rejoiced to
see my day: and he saw it, and was glad. 57Then said the Jews unto him,
Thou art not yet fifty years old, and hast thou seen Abraham? 58Jesus
said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I
am. 59Then took they up stones to cast at him: but Jesus hid himself,
and went out of the temple, going through the midst of them, and so
passed by. |
